Because I was a little bit bored, and because I wanted pictures of the chicken anyway for my recipe software, I present tonight’s dinner: Lemon Pepper Chicken, rice with lemon butter sauce, and salad with feta and green olives.
While walking through downtown Missoula this morning, I stopped at Brennan’s Wave, which is an artificially created wave on the Clark Fork River. It’s very popular with kayakers and body surfers, and luckily for me and my camera, there was a kayaker playing in the wave.
Now I’m really, really going to get back on the interstate.
