Today is the day for driving from Portland, OR to Missoula, MT, with a stop at Multnomah Falls and Maryhill Park. I left Portland exactly on time this morning, but I’m already behind schedule thanks to the distraction of a “scenic viewpoint” sign that has taken me off the interstate and onto the slow, twisty Historic Columbia River Highway. The views are spectacular, though, even in the rain:
