Car maintenance

I know very little about cars. What I do know is that regular maintenance is important. Especially maintenance from a shop you can trust. I get my 5000 mile oil changes from a small shop whose owner is a friend of my dad’s. This means I don’t get the usual “girl in a car shop” BS, and can get a trustworthy recommendation for any maintenance they don’t do.

My other favorite maintenance place is Les Schwab. Pick one, any one, and you WILL get good, fast, trustworthy service for tires, brakes, and anything else they fix.

So today is car maintenance day, and I started at the Les Schwab on the way home from work. For the first time ever, one of the service techs ran out to the parking lot to greet me just like they do in commercials.

This rambling brought to you by boredom, and the free wireless Internet connection at the oil change place
