Vacation (vey-key-shuhn, -noun)

1. a period of suspension of work, study, or other activity, usually used for rest, recreation, or travel; recess or holiday;
2. freedom or release from duty, business, or activity.

I’ll take freedom, release from duty, and suspension of work, used for rest, recreation, and travel for $200, Alex.

In other words, I am FREE!!!! from work for a whole week!! Woohoo!!!!! I had to beg, bribe, and bargain with my boss to do it, but I actually have 5 whole days (Monday through Friday) that I don’t have to work, plus the weekend on either side.

So I’m cleaning up a few things, and packing some clothes, and tomorrow I hit the road for a trip to Missoula, Montana, and I don’t come back until next Saturday.

Bring on the road trip!

    I’ve heard that some people can’t wait to get home from their vacations so they can rest up,get back on schedule and appreciate what they have at home.
