Meglet Rambles On

I sure wish it was, considering how the week has gone so far. After the big move at work last weekend, we figured Monday, and maybe Tuesday, wouldn’t be fun as we worked out all the kinks from moving 50 servers. But Monday was worse, then Tuesday was bad. And then Wednesday tanked. And now it’s Thursday, I’m going to hit 40 hours worked by lunchtime, and I have had to get up way too early way to many days in a row.

And based on how much random crap has gone wrong this week, I expect that there will be more weird issues today that will mean I end up working more than 8 hours, and have to work again tomorrow. Not that I mind the overtime, really, but darn it, I’m TIRED. I’d really like to sleep in, and do some laundry so I actually have clean clothes, and go grocery shopping so there’s food in the house, and catch up on two weeks worth of TV and movies that have been piling up.

Now, I’m going to go finish rebuilding the stupid server that decided to randomly corrupt the Windows installation after running fine for almost a year. (And before you say “oh, Windows does that” it really doesn’t. At least, the systems I build, especially not the servers, don’t.  I’m taking it rather personally that this one did.)
