Roast Beef (I call it Pot Roast, though)

Scotch Broth

I usually leave out the carrots and make it with beef instead for a good, thick Beef & Barley stew.

Clam Dip

I make this without the clams, and it’s much better than store-bought. Can be made with low-fat cream cheese and low-fat mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip, though!)
8 oz Brick Cream Cheese1/2 c Mayonnaise1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 tsp Garlic Powder1 can clams1Tbsp clam juice
